Bellissima vacanza, bellissima casa, è stato un sogno. La casa è esattamente così come si mostra in foto, non abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere john ma è stato ugualmente attento, preciso e cordiale facendosi sentire via mail, mettendo a disposizione informazioni su tutto ciò che si doveva conoscere sulla casa e sull'isola. E poi c'è kalymnos. Lascia il segno. I ritmi lenti, la cordialità e disponibilità delle persone, lo splendore delle sue baie e delle sue acque. Siamo tornati a casa con la speranza di tornare presto. E sicuramente ancora a casa di john

“Absolute Dream”
Kastelli Blu SKY was an absolute dream. I really didn't know what to expect, as I had never been to the Greek Islands and I'm not a rock climber (which is what brings most people there). However, I was looking for a quiet and authentic holiday, and that was what I got. The pictures really do not do the villa justice - every corner is perfectly decorated and immaculately clean. It's stunning. From the moment I walked in my jaw dropped, it's such a unique and beautiful place. You are close to the ocean, but the villa is hard to leave because you have everything you need including a pool to beat the heat. I still can't believe with how upscale it is that it is listed for this price, it could honestly go for much more! With how open and airy it is, you truly feel like you are one with the island. John was amazing and communicative as well - he was there to pick me up from the airport, showed me around the island so I could get my bearings and assisted me with renting a scooter (required if you're looking to go out for anything). He recommended great places to eat and swim and kept in touch to let me know when the pool cleaner was coming and to make sure everything was ok - but was never invasive and allowed for pure privacy. Overall, this was truly one of the best weeks of my life and I was very sad to leave. I will definitely be coming back!

“Absolutely stunning villa with beautiful views”
We stayed at Kastelli Blu SKY for 2 weeks with our 2 young children aged 9 and 5. The villa was immaculate and beautifully presented, with a lovely pool and yoga platform. The view and the sunsets are out of this world. We really like to spend our holidays doing very little, and the villa was a fantastic place to spend lazy days soaking up the sun, dipping in the pool and watching the sunset from the yoga platform with a glass of wine. The children loved pointing out climbers on the rocks behind the villa and looking out for goats, as well as spending hours in the pool (in fact the 5 year old is now able to swim unaided!) We decided not to hire a car, but the 40 minute walk into Massouri for the mini markets and restaurants proved a little too far for little legs in the 35 degree heat. However, taxis are very cheap and reliable so we didn't find this a problem at all. Liana (the house keeper) and Tommy (the pool attendant and gardener) looked after us really well and made us very welcome. John (the owner) was very attentive and helpful during the booking process and ensured we had all the information we needed to help us organise our stay. The people of Kalymnos are incredibly friendly and help out in every way they can. We've never felt so well looked after. We were also surprised that the island wasn't heaving with people even in August. The beach was busy but not overcrowded at all.I couldn't recommend Kastelli Blu Sky more. It was lovely to have such a peaceful villa with such great facilities and amazing views only a short drive away from the main strip of Massouri. Very highly recommended.

A standout stay and an absolute must to add to your luxury boutique hotel list. The owners John and Damion know how to make a guest feel welcome and offer them a level of authenticity you will not receive in any other destination. Luxury travel for me is about my overall experience – I look for escapism, authenticity, high end service, amenities and uniqueness that cannot easily be replicated. Kastelli Blue ticks all my boxes and then some. As I deeply immerse myself in the land of the Gods while connecting as and when I chose with the stunning Island of Kalymnos, the quaint town Pothia and its gracious people. This stunning gem of a villa was the perfect choice for our Greek Odyssey as it fit four of my friends comfortably. Kastelli Blu tumbles down a cliff and that means one thing: azure views from every room filtered only by a sheer curtain of slight and welcomed sea breeze. Spotless white washed walls and styled to perfection with an infinity-edge pool that trust me you will be dreaming about long after your stay. Some highlights: sipping ouzo and enjoying whatever Greek delicacies you’ve just BBQ’d on the deck with my friends as the sun floats over the Aegean Sea whilst taking in the majestic Telendos island; midnight swims in the private pool under the stars; a yoga platform nestled high up in the mountain was a favourite spot where my daily routine began as I stretched and meditated just before the glorious sun arose; deep sea diving for sea urchins with Captain Yiannis as we stopped wherever we pleased along the spectacular coastline; rock climbing (if you’re into it, Kalymnos is THE rock climbing capital of Greece); afternoon naps with nothing but the music of crashing waves in the distance and the charming chime of goat bells. A truly unique experience in one of the most beautiful corners of the world. The ultimate luxury villa and holiday starts right here folks, I can’t wait to get back to Kastelli Blu.

“An unforgettable hide away in Kalymnos”
We rented the Kastelli Blu SKY for two weeks with two girls of 10 and 12 yrs old and we could not be happier. The villa is just outside the city but the location is prime. It is located in the rocky mountains where the views are amazing. The villa has a cute pool, which made my girls very happy. This is a large villa so we could enjoy our meals outside looking at the views at all times. The interior was done with so much taste that I feel that John the owner, must have been an accomplished interior designer. The villa was well equipped; the kitchen was full of kitchenware and you can prepare meals should you wish. I can recommend this villa enough as this is where you would want to stay if you are in need of a relaxing, quiet time w fabulous views and you appreciate the esthetics of interior design.

“There isn't a more specular place I have stayed”
I had the incredible luck of staying at Kastelli Blu SKY and wow it's just wonderful. On one side of the house is amazing rock face that I actually had the pleasure (read terror) of climbing and on the other is blue ocean and islands as far the eye can see. Yoga in the morning on the platform built up from the property, walk along the ocean cliff face, swim, breakfast on the deck and then off to an adventure daily. The property is just so central - close to town and then a stunning drive to the many other beaches and restaurants that make this island famous. The house itself has been decorated immaculately and the owners are so accommodating. Treat yourself it's worth it!

“WOW.....What a Space and View with Luxury !!!”
This place is amazing, Sitting on the side of the cliff and with breath taking views of Telendos and surrounding islands, this 2 bed room, 2 story space was the best place I have stayed on the Island. I even loved washing dishes as the view of the orange sun setting just blew me away. I appreciated the 2 toilets and even different outdoor dining area (great having breakfast on the rooftop and dinner on the side patio). The place was beautifully designer furnished and felt so peaceful and luxurious. There’s even a Yoga platform with a million dollar view under the limestone cliffs followed but a swim in the private pool just staring at the incredible view. I can't recommend this enough for view's you won't forget. I can't wait to go back.
